Greenberg Gibbons expanding Turf Valley Towne Square in Ellicott City

Baltimore-based developer Greenberg Gibbons Tuesday announced it is developing a new 19,500-square-foot building at Turf Valley Towne Square to house the Blue Pearl Pet Hospital, an emergency veterinary clinic.
Located behind Facci Restorante, the pet hospital is expected to open in summer 2025.
Blue Pearl Pet Hospital, part of the Mars Veterinary Health family of businesses, is a national network of specialty and emergency pet hospitals dedicated to providing pets with health care services.
Turf Valley Towne Square is a shopping, dining, beauty, and entertainment destination located in the heart of Howard County, where Route 40 meets Marriottsville Road. Featuring Harris Teeter, Petite Cellars, Grille 620, Facci Ristorante, Mad Chef Kitchen, European Wax Center, Smyth Jewelers and more, the shopping center is part of a master-planned community that includes more than 1,800 residential units, a 172-room resort hotel and spa with 36 holes of championship golf and future Class A office and medical space.
