EquipmentShare adds to MD market presence with 20K SF lease in Odenton
EquipmentShare, an integrated equipment rental and equipment asset management company, has signed a lease with Bay Street Capital for 20,000 square feet on 5.43 acres of industrial zoned land at 1875 Mayfield Road in Odenton.
The full-property lease signals the Columbia, Missouri-headquartered company’s entry into the Baltimore-Washington market, supplementing existing locations in Baltimore and the Washington area, as well as around the country. Matthew Curran, SIOR and Andrew Meeder SIOR, senior vice presidents and principals for MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC represented the tenant in this lease transaction.
EquipmentShare is a nationwide construction technology and equipment solutions provider servicing the construction industry with its innovative tools and platforms. The company provides equipment rentals, telematic devices and a fleet management platform. Construction equipment available for rent is used for agriculture and landscaping, compaction, concrete and masonry work, earthmoving and surface preparation and cleaning among other uses.
