Raising Cane’s opens in Owings Mills
Raising Cane’s, a fast food restaurant chain known for its signature chicken fingers, opened its newest Maryland restaurant in Owings Mills on Wednesday.
Restaurant executives and employees joined local elected officials – including Baltimore County Councilman Julian Jones and Congressman Johnny Olszewski – and community members for a grand opening celebration as the Baltimore County eatery commenced business.
Located at 10231 Reisterstown Road, the new location features a drive-thru, dining room and an outdoor patio. The restaurant’s indoor dining area blends Raising Cane’s story “with the Owings Mills culture,” the company said. Walls are lined with photos highlighting owner and founder Todd Graves’ journey, the brand’s early days and acknowledgements to the local community, according to a release.
“We’ve felt the momentum building in Owings Mills, and the excitement around this opening has been incredible,” Raising Cane’s Area Leader of Restaurants Duane Donn said according to a release.
“Bringing Cane’s to a location right into the heart of this area is a big moment for us. We’re ready to open our doors, serve our Customers and become part of the everyday rhythm of this Community.”
Its menu is rather simple, mainly offering chicken fingers, buttery Cane’s Toast, coleslaw, tea and lemonade.
Raising Cane’s Owings Mills is open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. The restaurant joins a host of other Raising Cane’s Maryland locations, including Towson, Columbia, Glen Burnie, Westminster, Bel Air, Gambrills, College Park, Waldorf, Bowie and Forestville.
