A rendering of the $540 million, 325,294-square-foot University of Maryland Shore Regional Medical Center at 10000 Longwoods Road, part of University of Maryland Shore Regional Health (UM SRH), is anticipated to open in 2028. It will have room for 122 private rooms 27 emergency department bays, seven operating rooms and a helipad.
