Mullan Contracting Co. completed construction of the new Smith Avenue Royal Farms store in Baltimore County. The building, at 2330 Smith Ave., provides the store with 3,100 square feet of space and meets energy efficient LEED standards. Lutherville-based Mullan demolished the previous store last fall to make way for the new free-standing retail space.
