STX captures NCAA lacrosse championships
Listen to this articleSTX LLC, of Baltimore, a manufacturer of sports equipment for golf, lacrosse and field hockey, said Friday it reached an agreement with the NCAA to become the official lacrosse equipment supplier for the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse Championships, effective immediately.
The exclusive contract is for three years with the potential of two additional years. Under the agreement, STX will provide products, services and additional support for both men’s and women’s lacrosse championships, including equipment such as balls and nets, product support for youth-related initiatives, and involvement in media events and receptions.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
