Paraskevopoulos, Nicholas NORTHROP GRUMMAN webcropNorthrop Grumman Corp. has named Nicholas G. Paraskevopoulos vice president and general manager of engineering, manufacturing and logistics for the company’s Electronic Systems sector. Paraskevopoulos will have executive responsibility for all engineering, manufacturing and logistics processes, services and systems across the sector. This will include the EM&L homeroom, which provides sector-wide integrated technical support from product design and development through production and delivery, including full product life-cycle support. Paraskevopoulos joined the company in 2003 and has held a number of leadership positions in the Electronic Systems sector. Most recently, he served as vice president, advanced maritime and IAMD (integrated air and missile defense) systems. Previously, he served as business development manager for advanced aperture technologies and architectures, director of advanced technologies and systems, vice president of Electronic systems engineering, and vice president of eastern region engineering and logistics.  Before coming to Northrop Grumman, he was vice president of research and development and engineering for Terk Technologies, a consumer electronics company. Paraskevopoulos received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and both master’s and doctoral degrees in electrical engineering from Rutgers University.
