Conifer-LeChase Construction, LLC has added Gary Floto as project superintendent for its Columbia office. Floto will primarily lead construction field operations for a multifamily residential project and support other initiatives in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area as needed. Floto, who lives in the Hampstead area, has more than 25 years of residential and commercial construction experience.
