EBA Engineering Inc. has promoted Jeffery Evans, PE to structural engineering department manager. Evans joined EBA in 2005 and was previously a senior project manager.

Evans has 18 years of experience in structural analysis and design, with an emphasis on bridge replacement and rehabilitation. He is also a National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) certified inspection team leader who has inspected hundreds of structures throughout Maryland.

He has been the structural engineer of record for many high-profile projects, including the multi-award-winning Phase 2 replacement of the Annapolis City Dock Bulkhead and Boardwalk and EBA’s Statewide Bridge Condition Inspection, Evaluation and Rating Services contract for the Maryland State Highway Administration.

Evans earned a bachelor’s degree in structural engineering from Syracuse University in New York. He is a registered professional engineer in Maryland and Virginia.
