A jury, in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, convicted Marcel Billups, appellant, of criminally negligent manslaughter, reckless driving, negligent driving, failure to control speed to avoid a collision, and driving in excess of a reasonable and prudent speed. Mr. Billups was sentenced to a total term of three years’ imprisonment, with all but two years suspended.
