The Land Group opens Salisbury office

The Land Group, which provides land brokerage and consulting services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, announced Tuesday the opening of its office in Salisbury.

Led by founder Ben Alder, the group represents the largest portfolio of land available to purchase in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia, totaling approximately 30,000 acres.

The Land Group’s business brings a breadth of experience to the Chesapeake region with expertise in land management, timberland, agriculture, conservation and land development. Its advisers also provide consulting services on a regular basis for clients seeking guidance on how to best manage their land assets, both ecologically and financially.
