Homespire Mortgage Corporation (“Homespire”), appellant, sued its former employee, Fouad “Fobby” H. Naghmi, appellee, for reimbursement of $120,000 that Homespire paid as a signing bonus conditioned on Mr. Naghmi’s agreement to refund the money if he did not remain an employee for one year.
