What’s the most important thing you do in your job?
I help victims of medical negligence achieve financial compensation for their injuries as well as emotional closure. As a litigator, I strive to tenaciously advocate for my clients while being compassionate, professional and courteous.
What is one aspect of your profession you would like to change?
I would like to implement a formal mentoring program for new lawyers. I remain grateful to the experienced attorneys who spent their time helping me, as a recent law school graduate, navigate the challenges of civil litigation.
If you weren’t in this profession, what would you be doing?
Prior to attending law school, I briefly pursued a career in sports broadcasting. If I did not become a lawyer, I think I would be still involved in the sports industry as either a broadcaster or coach.
