APG Investments buys Crofton office building for $9M

APG Investments LLC, an Annapolis-based property management company, Thursday purchased Crofton Crossing, a professional building in Crofton, for $9 million.
The property at 2200 Defense Hwy. spans 65,780 total square feet and is 83% occupied. APG Investments indicated it will use approximately 3,100 square feet of the building for its business.
The seller, GAMC, Limited Company LLC and West Interbay I Inc., was represented by Cecil Cummins and Eric Pinkett of Annapolis-based Hyatt Commercial. APG Investments was represented by Matthew Antonis of Friend Commercial Real Estate.
