What is the accomplishment that you are most proud of?

I’m most proud of the fact that I’ve been able to consistently grow, both personally and professionally, while helping clients to grow as well. It is very fulfilling to be a part of a client’s success and to see clients achieve their goals. Each stage of my career has built upon the last, allowing me to do more for clients and to deliver more impactful results. That growth has extended to leadership roles, where I’ve had the privilege of mentoring others and contributing to a stronger team.

What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned as an attorney?

The most important lesson I’ve learned is that no matter how well you prepare, not everything will go according to plan, and that’s OK. Setbacks are inevitable in this profession, and the real skill lies in how you respond. It’s essential to be flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure, because those pressure-packed moments are the opportunities to impact clients and the outcomes the most.

How do you spend your free time?

I try to be intentional with my free time, focusing on the people and activities I genuinely care about.

That might mean running lines with my daughter as she prepares for her next role on stage, catching up with close friends and extended family, finally watching one of the many shows people have recommended to me, consuming sports (Go O’s!), or anything that throws back to 90’s pop culture.
