Baltimore Peninsula’s Rye St. Market adds new tenant

A services firm has finalized a deal with the development team for leased space in the city’s .  

Newmark, headquartered in New York, signed the lease for 4,550 square feet of office space, Baltimore Peninsula announced Tuesday.

The deal marks the second lease “with a major company” at Rye Street Market within the last month, according to a Baltimore Peninsula statement.

Rye Street Market, a mixed-use complex considered “the heart and soul” of the Baltimore Peninsula, features three buildings with boutique offices, retail and food options, water views and social gathering spaces.

Newmark is Rye Street Market’s latest tenant, joining Chambers, the Baltimore Ravens, Disaranno, Longeviti Neuro Solutions, One Bar Mining and Volo Sports. 

“Rye Street Market is well positioned to meet the needs of tenants across the market, and we’re excited to see increasing leasing momentum that demonstrates the strength of our product,“ said MaryAnne Gilmartin, Founder and CEO of MAG Partners, a leader on Baltimore Peninsula’s development team.

Jersey Mike’s, Pinky Cole’s Slutty Vegan, Bar Vegan, Live-K Karaoke and Urbano Tex-Mex are set to open at the shopping and retail market later this year, according to a Baltimore Peninsula release.
