St. John Properties Inc., a Baltimore-area commercial real estate firm, recently signed three new leases at Greenleigh – the company’s 1,000-acre mixed-used community in the Middle River area.
The three companies – Dachser USA Air & Sea Logistics, One Main Financial and Prometric – leased space at 6211 Greenleigh Ave., St. John Properties confirmed. Greenleigh contains residential, retail and commercial properties occupying nearly 23,000 square feet of office space.
“Greenleigh has become one of the premier mixed-use communities in the region. There is no other development of this scale in Baltimore County offering such a wide range of options for commercial tenants, all centered around walkable amenities and a thriving residential community,” St. John Properties executive Matt Lenihan said.
“We continue to see strong leasing demand as companies rethink their office needs and strive to create more attractive workplace environments for their employees.”
Prometic, a credentialing and skills development company, chose Greenleigh for its new corporate headquarters. Some of Prometric’s amenities and workplace features expected to be brought into its new space include a large boardroom, café-style gathering area equipped with digital displays and access to a conference area, a release says.
Dachser USA Air & Sea Logistics signed a 4,791-square-foot lease and offers customized end-to-end supply chain solutions. The company took occupancy in the office building in late 2025, according to St. John Properties.
Accordingly, One Main Financial provides non-prime personal and automobile loans. The company recently opened its doors at 6211 Greenleigh Ave.
St. John Properties joined forces with Somerset Construction Company to commence development of Greenleigh in 2007.
The mixed-use community contains single-family homes, townhomes and luxury apartments, along with more than 2 million square feet of commercial and retail space, dining and recreational options, a hotel and a self-storage facility.
