John Harbaugh puts $6.9M Owings Mills house up for sale
If you have about seven million dollars to spend, and you want to live in the same town as the Baltimore Ravens practice facility, well, I’ve got some good news for you.
John Harbaugh, who was dismissed at the end of last season, after 18 years as head coach of the Ravens, has put his family’s Owings Mills home up for sale.
It’s not just a home, either; it’s a four-level, 9,100-square-foot mansion made of stone that sits on seven acres. It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a very nice outdoor pool, and two upper-level outdoor patio decks.
All this, and more, could be yours for $6,900,000. The house was put on the market on Thursday, according to FOX Baltimore, which cited the Baltimore Sun. Megan Wolfe of O’Connor, Mooney & Fitzgerald is the real estate agent handling the sale.
“The [Harbaugh] family still lives there, but the home is on the market,” Wolfe is quoted in the article. “After all, it’s a long commute to New York.”
After being fired by the Ravens, Harbaugh soon took the same position with the New York Giants.
He and his family have lived in this extremely impressive home since 2013, when they purchased the property was for $3 million. So if/when it sells, they will stand to make a hefty profit.
And while there is a true affordability crisis in this country right now, the housing market shows no signs of slowing down any time soon.
