The Maryland Retired School Personnel Association (MRSPA), a non-profit 501(c)(4) organization, seeks an Executive Director. MRSPA is the only association that works exclusively for almost 12,000 certificated and non-certificated school personnel who have retired from a school system in Maryland. The Executive Director: Serves as Chief Executive and Operating Officer. Actively manages the Association and staff. Reports to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. Requirements: Evidence of administrative and leadership experience. Educational experience preferred. Knowledge of legislative process. Ability to work with diverse populations. Excellent communication skills, including ability to use social media and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Outlook. Ability to understand financial statements and budgets.
