The George H. Fallon Federal Building at Hopkins Plaza

This artwork by Jean Shin is part of an 18-panel mural in the lobby of the newly renovated George H. Fallon Federal Building at Hopkins Plaza in downtown Baltimore. Entitled “Dress Code,” the mural is comprised of old U.S. military uniforms and clothing donated by recent immigrants. The artwork is part of a $41 million renovation of the building’s basement, ground level and first three floors, including new restrooms, elevator lobbies, cafeteria, child care center and credit union.
