Beatty Development Group will host the grand opening of 1305 Dock St., Harbor Point’s first apartment building on Thursday.
The waterside development includes a mix of apartments ranging from studios to two bedrooms.
Beatty Development Group President Michael Beatty and Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake are scheduled to speak at the grand opening ceremony. The building is managed by Bozzuto Management.
When the development of Harbor Point is complete it’s expected to include 3 million square feet of mixed-use space on 27 acres of property. The project, which is expected to cost $1 billion, includes the 20-story Exelon building.
