Senior Manager, Government & Regulatory Affairs

Comcast’s Senior Manager of Government and Regulatory Affairs’ Adeyinka O. Ogunlegan says she measures her success by how she leverages her achievements to open doors for others.

“Given my accomplishments, it is extremely important that I use my experience and relationships to connect people with the resources and information they need to be successful,” wrote Ogunlegan, who negotiates franchise agreements and fosters government relationships for the cable giant.

Before Comcast, Ogunlegan climbed the ranks in three years at Chesapeake Public Strategies to its vice president of public policy and outreach. Her success at the nonprofit followed a break from work to raise her children. She received The Daily Record’s Successful by 40 award in 2015.

This year, Ogunlegan was named Volunteer of the Year by The Arc Prince George’s County, where she serves on the board, and was honored by the Harlem Fine Arts Show Salute to African Americans in Technology.

She is Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce Legislative Action Committee chairwoman and a member of the county’s Social Innovation Fund. She also mentors youngsters through her church’s youth ministry.

Ogunlegan graduated from Howard University School of Law and earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
