What do you consider your most significant professional accomplishment?
In my role as president of Notre Dame of Maryland University, increasing access to higher education and ensuring academic excellence for students has given me the greatest sense of professional accomplishment.

Please share your commitment to mentoring and the impact it has had on your life?
Sometimes we don’t recognize that we can lead in our homes, community or profession and mentoring and sponsorship are both strong ways that can identify and nurture leadership in others.

Please share about your community service and why you make the time to give back.
Community service of course is about serving others, but it is also about how we can use the gifts God gave us to enhance the lives of others and maybe support others as they develop their own gifts to serve as well. It is a wonderful cycle of empowerment.
