Winter Grown awarded $5K grant from Community Foundation of Howard County

The Community Foundation of Howard County awarded a $5,000 grant to Winter Growth to support the nonprofit‘s work with older and disabled adults in Howard County.
Funds will be utilized to further enhance Winter Growth’s memory care, assisted living, adult medical day and respite care programs and to expand upon outreach efforts as the organization recovers from pandemic-related interruptions in service.
Founded in 1979, Winter Growth’s mission is to foster community by empowering seniors and adults with disabilities to live their best lives.
