The property is on 2.2 acres of land and offers a mix of interior open flex spaces and offices. It also includes a large parking area in the rear of the building with space for 19 spaces.
The one-story, single tenant office building was constructed in 1989.
The team of George Shenas, Judith Neighoff, and Justin Mullen from Annapolis-based real estate brokerage Hyatt Commercial managed the transaction.
