Flow Service Partners acquires Dynamic Air Solutions

Flow Service Partners, a portfolio company of Bethesda-based RLJ Equity Partners and a provider of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration and plumbing services in the Midwest, Southeast and mid-Atlantic, Monday announced the acquisition of Dynamic Air Solutions, a specialist in commercial and industrial HVAC services based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The transaction increases Flow’s operational density in Kentucky and southern Indiana, company officials said.

Dynamic represents the sixth acquisition for Flow.

Through its partners, Flow currently operates in Maryland, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky and Pennsylvania and has more than 400 employees.

RLJ Equity Partners is a middle-market private equity firm with approximately $440 million in total capital under management focused on generating long-term capital appreciation by investing in profitable and growing businesses led by strong management teams.
