UM Global Campus signs partnership with digital learning platform
The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) was one of four universities announced Thursday that have signed a partnership deal with the Penn Foster Group online learning platform.
The Boston-based Penn Foster Group, a provider of digital and data-driven learning solutions for high-demand skills and jobs, will partner with UMGC, Sophia, Southern New Hampshire University and National University to further expand the academic and career pathways available for Penn Foster Group’s learners upon their graduation. The educational institutions offer a range of benefits from discounts to seamless admissions processes, making it easier for graduates to continue their education journeys.
This initiative is being launched on the cusp of Penn Foster Group’s largest in-person graduation ceremony of 1,500 students. These partnerships are designed specifically to bridge the gap between high school education and other career opportunities in addition to those offered by Penn Foster Group.
