Jill Donaldson

Jill Donaldson serves as president of MedStar Harbor Hospital and senior vice president of MedStar Health in Baltimore. A health care executive with extensive experience, Donaldson oversees a 130-bed acute care hospital that handles approximately 8,000 inpatient admissions and more than 42,000 emergency department visits annually.
Her career progression within the MedStar system spans over two decades, She began as an administrator at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and advanced through various leadership roles before assuming her current position.
Beyond hospital administration, Donaldson leads MedStar Health’s Care Transformation programs for the Baltimore region, focusing on addressing social determinants of health. “In my four years as executive sponsor of these programs, we have significantly expanded our portfolio of services and raised over $28 million in philanthropic funding to bring critical resources to the community,” Donaldson said.
Her community involvement extends to board memberships with the South Baltimore Gateway Partnership, Cherry Hill Strong and the Baltimore Casino Local Development Council.
