Brendan Foley serves as chairman, president and CEO of McCormick & Company, a global leader in flavor with $6.7 billion in annual sales.

Since joining McCormick in 2014, Foley has served in a series of executive roles, including president of the company’s U.S. consumer division, president of North America and president of global consumer division for the Americas and Asia. He was elected to McCormick’s board of directors in June 2023 and promoted to CEO in September 2023. Throughout his tenure, Foley has driven McCormick’s strategic growth, particularly through the integration of major acquisitions and the realignment of the Americas region to enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation and deliver commercial growth.

Foley’s extensive experience in the consumer goods industry spans more than 25 years. After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami University of Ohio, he began his career in marketing at General Mills. Prior to joining McCormick, he spent 15 years at H.J. Heinz in marketing and general management roles, including as president for the North America region. His professional expertise is complemented by his commitment to community, serving on the Board of Directors for Fortune Brands Innovations Inc., and on the Executive Board of the Consumer Goods Forum. He is actively involved in multiple industry and nonprofit organizations, including, Business Roundtable, the Consumer Brand Association and the Greater Baltimore Committee. He previously served as board chair for the Maryland Food Bank and on the board of the YMCA in Sewickley Valley, Pennsylvania.
