Carnival Cruise Line recently announced the addition of a second cruise ship in Baltimore as part of its new sailings for the 2027-28 season, marking the first time the agency will homeport two ships from the city’s port.
Beginning fall 2027, Carnival Miracle will join sister ship Carnival Pride in Baltimore, according to a release, and will sail to the Bahamas and Eastern Caribbean between seven and nine days. Extended 12-and-14-day Carnival Journeys voyages are also set to sail to destinations like Dominica, Guadeloupe, St. Maarten and others.
Carnival Miracle will arrive in Baltimore on Nov. 20, 2027, after a 15-day transatlantic voyage from Civitavecchia, Italy, a Carnival statement says.
“Baltimore has been an important homeport for Carnival for more than two decades, and we’re excited to continue building on our year-round operations with the addition of Carnival Miracle,” Carnival Cruise Line President Christine Duffy said.
“By giving our guests more variety in itineraries and ships, we’re giving them more reasons to take a Carnival Cruise vacation.”
The expansion comes after Carnival’s announcement of Carnival Pride offering year-round cruises from Baltimore. Cruises ranging from one to two weeks will sail to the Bahamas, Bermuda, Aruba, Curaçao, Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Kitts, Antigua, Tortola and Martinique as part of next year’s Carnival voyages from Baltimore.
Carnival Miracle offers passengers a variety of onboard dining options, entertainment and amenities, the company said.
