Tool manufacturer relocating corporate office to Baltimore County
Listen to this articleApex Tool Group LLC, a globally recognized producer of industrial hand and power tools and related products, is relocating its North America corporate office to Hunt Valley‘s Executive Plaza complex in Northern Baltimore County, Hill Management Services Inc. announced.
The company signed a full-floor 16,756 square foot lease with Hill Management Services – a Baltimore-area real estate development company – within Executive Plaza 4 at 11350 McCormick Road, according to a release, and announced plans to move 50 employees this month.
Currently located in Sparks, Apex Tool Group operates 30 locations worldwide and serves the aerospace, construction, electronics, industrial, motor vehicle and vehicle service industries.
“Our first priority was to remain in the greater Hunt Valley-Sparks area because of the proximity to where our employees live and the diverse array of amenities, including restaurants and shopping,” Apex Tool Group executive Rob Resler said.
“With our lease expiring, we were searching for a high-profile building in which our employees would love working in, as well as an uplifting environment that would maintain peak productivity.”
Apex Tool Group will house its administrative, accounting, marketing, and sales teams in the new space, according to Hill Management Services. Executive Plaza features a variety of business and personal amenities including a deli, fitness center, conference rooms, post office, hair salon, convenience store, storage space and more.
