Hunt Valley-based Sinclair sells stake in two TV stations
Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc., of Hunt Valley, an independent television broadcasting company, announced that it has agreed to sell the assets of WHTM-TV (ABC) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to Media General, and to sell the non-license assets of WTAT-TV (Fox) in Charleston, South Carolina, to Cunningham Communications, which owns the license assets.
