Hannon Armstrong announces dividend, promotes 2 execs

Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital Inc., a provider of debt and equity financing to the energy efficiency and renewable energy markets, announced Tuesday a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share of common stock, payable on July 9 to stockholders of record on June 30.

The company also promoted two senior vice presidents, naming Nate Rose to executive vice president and chief operating officer and Dan McMahon to an executive vice president focusing on governmental and public sector clients.

Rose, 37, will assume more responsibility for the overall business processes as well as continuing to be involved in structuring and analyzing Hannon Armstrong‘s transactions. McMahon, 43, will have nn expanded executive role in originating and executing transactions with the company’s government customers.
