We are asked to determine whether Antonio Hunter, Appellant, clearly invoked his rights under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution, prior to the time he provided a statement to the police, without an attorney present, within the dictates of
Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966).
