Law firm Blades & Rosenfeld, P.A. moving Baltimore offices to One South Street building
Listen to this articleCushman & Wakefield announced that law firm Blades & Rosenfeld P.A., will soon occupy 8,900 rentable square feet at the One South Street building in downtown Baltimore, the first lease for the property’s new owners, One South Street Baltimore LLC.
Blades & Rosenfeld has deep roots in Baltimore, having its offices in the downtown area since its founding in 1921. After 55 years, the firm left the Fidelity Building and moved one block south to One Charles Center where it remained for 10 years. In 1986, the firm moved to its present location at 20 S. Charles St. and will officially move to One South Street in October.
Blades & Rosenfeld marks the 10th law firm to occupy One South Street which is located at the nexus of Inner Harbor and City Hall.
OneSouth Baltimore LLC purchased the Class A tower in June 2023 and is putting into motion multi-million dollar plans for upgrades including major common area renovations, new in-building food options, new lounge and bar area, upgraded parking and security services and additional amenities that cater to an upscale, state-of-the-art workplace.
