Hill Management Services adds 4 tenants to Lutherville’s Galleria Towers

Timonium-based Hill Management Services Inc. signed four new leases totaling nearly 8,000 square feet of space at Galleria Towers, at 1447 York Road in Lutherville, the company announced Wednesday.

The recent activity follows the signing of two new leases and the expansion of two other companies comprising nearly 17,000 square feet of space, late last year.

The eight-story building is now 85% leased. Danielle Bridge, leasing manager for Hill Management Services, represented the landlord in all four leasing transactions.

Boutique law firms Hassani, Focus & Fifer and The Law Office of David M. Grossman, LLC signed separate leases for 3,390 and 1,809 square feet of space respectively, The Matt Rhine Group of Keller Williams Legacy, a full-service residential brokerage firm leased 1,954 square feet of space, and physical therapy practice group Satriano Physiotherapy signed a lease for 780 square feet.

Last November, Konare Law and Peak Management LLC signed new leases with Hill Management Services and HWK Law Group LLC and sister company, Lawyers Express Title LLC expanded their presence within the building. The cumulative leasing activity follows the execution of Hill Management’s $3 million property enhancement program.

In addition to updating the first-floor entrance of Galleria Towers to provide a more retail-like atmosphere, Hill Management Services installed a conference room that can accommodate 24 people and which is available for tenant and non-tenant use. Additionally, a fitness center with TechnoGym technology has been added for tenants.
