Appellant Janice Hollabaugh appeals the Circuit Court for Baltimore County‘s dismissal of her putative class action lawsuit against appellee MRO Corporation (“MRO”). MRO, a “national medical records provider,” conducted a search for medical records at Hollabaugh’s request; failing to find responsive records, MRO charged her a $22.88 fee.
