Dwyer Workforce Development opens new HQ in Baltimore

Dwyer Workforce Development (DWD), a national health care workforce development , announced the opening of its new headquarters at 2 Hamill Road, Suite 245, in at The Village of Cross Keys.

The organization becomes the largest office tenant to date at the Quadrangle, the office building located at Cross Keys. The Baltimore development is owned and being revitalized by Caves Valley Partners.

The headquarters, created in partnership with Constantine Commercial Construction and Nancy Foreman Design, features 9,396 square feet of office space and was designed to support DWD’s recent and future growth as the nonprofit continues to advance its mission and expand its footprint throughout greater Baltimore and the country.

The new space features 50 workstations, conference rooms, huddle rooms, reception area, and cafe area – and exterior signage visible from Interstate 83.

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate acted as the landlord’s broker.
