Matt Kauffman joined The Daily Record in the summer of 2025 as an intern from the University of Maryland’s Philip Merrill College of Journalism. A Maryland native, Matt has worked as a student reporter for The Diamondback and covered an array of topics in College Park and the greater Washington, D.C., area.
