Prometric’s test platform to be used by 4 states’ insurance regulators
A Baltimore firm that lets test provides testing services for credentialing programs recently gained agreements with regulators in four states for use of its testing technology.
Prometric LLC’s ProProctor remote proctoring service will be used by insurance licensing regulators in Wisconsin, Nebraska, North Dakota and Vermont, the company announced Monday.
The ProProctor solution uses the same test delivery software as Prometric’s test locations, the company said in a news release. The service offers live real-time proctoring that provides personalized support and identity verification before any presentation of the exam.
Brad Erickson, Prometric insurance industry account executive, said the company has been working with state regulators to address their challenges and are pleased to bring the remote proctoring solution to the insurance industry.
