Convicted by a jury by the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County of two counts each of armed robbery, robbery, and second degree assault, and one count of theft of property with a value of less than one thousand dollars, appellant, Ray Anthony Hamlet, presents for our review three questions: 1. Did the court abuse its discretion in denying Hamlet’s motion for mistrial? 2. Did the court err in allowing one of the victims to testify regarding her level of certainty as to her identification of Hamlet? 3. Did the court abuse its discretion in permitting one of the victims to identify a person on a surveillance video recording as Hamlet?
