Real Estate”) filed suit in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County for declaratory judgment, breach of contract and related counts against Appellee, BayVanguard Bank (“BayVanguard”). BayVanguard filed a preliminary motion to dismiss P.C. Real Estate’s complaint.
