Appellant, Drequan Deonte Savage, was indicted in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County and charged with first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, use of a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence, and related charges.
After the court granted his motion for judgment of acquittal on the charge of robbery with a dangerous weapon, a jury convicted him of second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and use of a firearm in a crime of violence.
