The Daily Record is proud to recognize 46 honorees for the 2024 Leading Women Under 40 awards.
The Daily Record’s Leading Women Under 40 awards honor women who are younger than 40 years of age for the accomplishments they have made so far in their careers. Winners were selected for the honor based on their professional experience, community involvement and commitment to inspiring change. The honorees were chosen by previous Leading Women Under 40 honorees and a representative of The Daily Record.

Leading Women scholarship winner dedicates time to caring for patients with dementia
The honorees will be recognized at on Aug. 21 in Baltimore and will be profiled in a special magazine that will be inserted into the Aug. 22 issue of The Daily Record and will be available online at TheDailyRecord.com.
