3 new tenants sign leases at Baltimore County office building
Three new tenants signed leases at Galleria Towers in Lutherville. Che’ Nova Aesthetics, ComForCare Home Care and Maryland Dermatology are joining the eight-story building which is managed by Hill Management Services Inc.
Che’ Nova Aesthetics, a health and wellness day spa specializing in luxury facials and other skin-related services, was founded by entrepreneur Che’ Nova Campbell in 2019. It is relocating from a nearby location and chose Galleria Towers because of the appearance of the building.
“Presentation and overall presence are extremely important to me, so it was important to select a space that reflects and matches my mission and ideals,” Campbell said. “My space on the eighth floor offers beautiful views of the outdoors, which has a calming effect on my patients. I tend to gravitate to intimate settings and Galleria Towers offered everything I was looking for.”
ComForCare, a franchised provider of in-home caregiving services, offers personal home care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and private-duty nursing services for elderly and disabled individuals. The group has locations throughout the United States and Canada. Maryland Dermatology provides medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic services and skincare products and is relocating its existing office in Hunt Valley to Galleria Towers.
Danielle Bridge, Leasing Manager for Hill Management Services, Inc. represented the landlord in all three lease transactions.
