The Kislak Company Inc. recently helped arrange the sale of the Holly Oaks apartment complex in Aberdeen for $15.8 million. The complex is a new 60-unit multifamily property in the 4800 block of Mantlewood Way.

Constructred in 2023, Holly Oaks consists of five garden style buildings with 12 residential units in each building with large two- and three-bedroom units of approximately 1,100-1,400 square feet each. All units feature a patio or balcony and thoughtfully designed interiors with spacious living areas, modern fixtures, washers and dryers, and walk-in closets.

“The seller, an active developer in the area, wanted to market the property throughout the Mid-Atlantic and particularly to New Jersey-based investors,” Kislak Executive Vice President Barry Waisbrod said. “Given our established relationship, he engaged Kislak as the exclusive broker to market sane sell the property.”
