Six members of the Saval family are actively involved across Saval Foods LLC divisions. Paul Saval is Pres. & CEO of Saval Foodservice; Jeff Saval is Pres. of Deli Brands of America (DBA); Brian Saval is Pres. of 1932 Specialty Produce & Meat and EVP of Saval Foodservice; Stuart Saval is GM of DBA’s Center for Logistics and Slicing (C.L.A.S.); Stephanie Saval is Production Office Mgr. at DBA; and Lauren Soloduk is Safety & Asst. People Mgr. for Saval Foods, LLC.

What are the long-term goals for the company?

To successfully continue the business into the 4th generation and beyond, while continuing to grow our employment base and presence in the community.

We’ll continue adopting new technologies to boost efficiency, while preserving the strong culture that sets us apart. As we grow, we remain focused on attracting top talent who align with our values and building a team ready to meet future challenges with innovation and integrity.

What role does the company play in the local community? Are there community initiatives or causes that the firm supports?

Supporting our community is a core part of who we are. We proudly give back through partnerships with organizations like the Children’s Foundation, Meals on Wheels, Student Support Network, and Food & Friends. We also actively support the charitable initiatives of our customers, reinforcing our commitment to serving others both inside and outside the kitchen.
