Baltimore consulting firm relocating HQ to Harbor East
Ellin & Tucker, an independent public accounting and business consulting firm, announced Monday that it will relocate its headquarters to Harbor East in fall 2026.
The firm’s new Harbor East for headquarters will be at 100 International Drive in Baltimore. Ellin & Tucker signed a lease for roughly 28,000 square feet of space as it sought a more dynamic environment that exceeds the flexibility of its current office at 400 E. Pratt St., the company said in a release.
Construction is set to commence in March 2026 with a planned move-in slated for September 2026.
“There’s an incredible sense of momentum in Baltimore right now, and we’re excited to be part of it,” Ellin & Tucker CEO Aileen Eskildsen said.
“Our move to Harbor East reflects the spirit of the city— modern, diverse, and full of opportunity—while keeping us close to the clients and partners who fuel our shared success. This move is both a symbolic and practical step forward, and we remain proud to call Baltimore our home.”
Founded in 1946 in Baltimore, Ellin & Tucker provides accounting, financial reporting, tax, business consulting, business valuation, client accounting and advisory services to privately held businesses, nonprofits and high-net-worth individuals.
As the firm prepares for its 80th anniversary, it said the move reflects an investment in Baltimore’s growth and opportunity. The relocation also represents the “caliber of clients” Ellin & Tucker advises, according to a release.
“We are excited to welcome Ellin & Tucker to Harbor East. We know that the firm’s employees and guests will enjoy the convenience and hospitality of the neighborhood,” said Tim O’Donald, president of Harbor East Management Group.
“Having one of the city’s most prominent accounting firms is a testament to the vibrancy of Harbor East as a great place to do business, live, shop and visit.”
The firm has partnered with BCT Design Group for the headquarters construction project.
