GREENBELT — Two men have been sentenced for their part in a bank fraud plot which stole $320,000.
Twenty-three-year-old Stephen L. Wise of Washington was sentenced Tuesday to more than three years in prison and ordered to pay nearly $59,000 in restitution. Thirty-nine-year-old Kodjo Panyin Duncan of Lanham was sentenced Monday to nearly four years in prison and ordered to pay restitution of $115,000.
