Remi Ackerman, Doug Brinkley, Dean Bush, Kathleen Durkin, Matt Gilbert, Armanda Grant, Ryan Mihalic, Dr. Debra Moriarty, Michelle Schiffer and Ann-Marie Thornton joined the board of directors for Leadership .

Ackerman is director of finance with Erickson Living Management, Brinkley is senior managing director of Cushman & Wakefield, Bush is residential services marketing director of BGE Home, Durkin is executive director of The Arc Baltimore and a 2011 graduate of Leadership Baltimore County, Gilbert is district health and safety manager of UPS, Grant is director of human resources with Morgan State University, Mihalic is senior director and assistant general counsel of CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Moriarty is vice president for student affairs of , Schiffer is vice president and assistant director of asset management of Greenberg Gibbons and Thornton is director of development and alumni relations of the Community College of Baltimore County.
